How long is the reading?

You have the option to select a 45-min or 75-min long reading

How does the live reading work?

Once you book, you pick the time you want to meet on the calendar. You will be sent a Google meet link. We will meet live during this time to go over your chart.

How does the recorded reading work?

You book the reading and send me your questions/what you are looking for offline. I will record your reading on your chosen time, edit/process it, and send it to you in 2-3 business days after the selected date.

Can I buy this if I don't have my birth time?

No – you will need your birth time for these readings. Please feel free to DM me – in some cases, I can check your chart to check if I can do it without the exact time.

What is energy clearing and is it included in this reading?

Poonam is a trained psychic and energy healer and has the ability to find your deep rooted blocks in your energy field and clear them. This is not included in your human design reading but can be booked as a separate add-on.

What is the refund policy?

This is a personalized reading, and I pour hours of my time to prep for these readings – there will be no refunds once you book.

Can I use these readings to dive into my soul purpose?

No – this page is not for soul purpose readings. Soul Purpose readings have purpose elements such as Incarnation cross etc. which are advanced and have other complexities associated with it – they will not be covered in these standard readings. Soul purpose readings need to be booked separately through the soul purpose reading page

What is your rescheduling policy?

Please email at hello@transcendzen.com at minimum 48 hours in advance to reschedule. No shows will not be refunded.

The readings are designed to meet you where you are at. If you have already had a reading or know your human design, please let me know, and I will go into the advanced aspects that we have not discussed before.
